General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Voltax GmbH (hereinafter "we" or "seller"). By completing an order, the customer (hereinafter "customer") accepts these GTC.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By completing the ordering process (clicking "Place order with obligation to pay" or similar), the customer submits a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by email or ship the goods.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping is free of charge for all orders.

Payment can be made using the following methods: TWINT and credit card. The purchase price is due upon completion of the order.

5. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days from receipt of payment. Orders are delivered free of charge. You can find more details in our shipping policy.

6. Retention of title

The goods delivered remain the property of Voltax GmbH until paid for in full.

7. Right of return

Our voluntary 30-day right of return applies. You can find the exact conditions in our return and refund policy.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. If the goods delivered are defective, please contact us at info@myfento.ch – we will review your request and find a suitable solution (repair, replacement or refund).

9. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Our liability remains unlimited for personal injury and in cases of intent or gross negligence.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for any disputes is the registered office of Voltax GmbH in Urdorf, Canton of Zurich.
