Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store of Voltax GmbH (hereinafter "we" or "Seller"). By completing an order, the customer (hereinafter "Customer") accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By completing the order process (clicking "Order with obligation to pay" or similar), the customer submits a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email or ship the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All stated prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Payment can be made using the following methods: TWINT and credit card. The purchase price is due upon completion of the order.

5. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days from receipt of payment. Orders from CHF 50.– are delivered free of charge; below that, a flat shipping fee of CHF 6.90 applies. Details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of Voltax GmbH until paid in full.

7. Right of Return

Our voluntary 30-day return period applies. The exact conditions can be found in our Returns and Right of Withdrawal policy.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions under Swiss Code of Obligations apply. If the delivered goods are defective, please contact us at info@myfento.ch – we will review your request and find a suitable solution (repair, replacement, or refund).

9. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Our liability remains unlimited for personal injury as well as in cases of intent or gross negligence.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for any disputes is the registered office of Voltax GmbH in Urdorf, Canton of Zurich.
